Hi there! I am Dees and i will be helping out Aniek with this site! I am the owner of isomerhalder.com, corymonteith.us, d-agron.net and some other sites. I am a huge Glee fan and a huge admirer of Lea’s amazing voice!

New Owner & Revamp!
Written by on July 15th, 2011

Hello all! My name is Aniek and thanks to Gertie from http://fan-sites.org for letting me be the new owner of Lea-Michele.com

you probably noticed i changed some stuff around here. I added a new layout to the site: this is so called a “Magazine Theme”. On the homepage you see a small part of the newspost. After clicking on the title, you will be able to read the complete post and post a comment if you like.

Now, something more about me! I became a fan of Lea after watching the first season of Glee. The way she developed around the second season made me fall in love. I love her looks, style, her hair and the fact that she has been so open-hearted about her insecurity about her nose. I also run fansites for Naya Rivera (http://nayariverfan.com) and Jayma Mays (http://jayma-mays.net). Please take a look at those, since i am very proud of them.

Stay tuned for your daily dose of Lea Michele and i hope to see you again. Please follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/#!/leamichelenet

Glee cast on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter!
Written by on May 13th, 2011

Glee Cast – Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Naya Rivera, Chris Colfer, Amber Riley, Cory Monteith and Heather Morris covers this week’s issue of The Hollywood Reporter! I added to the photo gallery high quality scans and some photos behind the scenes!

Reading the article and visiting The Hollywood Reporter official site, we can know something more about New York episode, that is the most expensive episode of Glee ever. The cost of the episode? A cool six million, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Marisa Guthrie.

“A pretty hefty price tag,” she tells ET. “When you’re bringing 40 people from Los Angeles to New York, you’re putting them up, you’re paying for car services every day to multiple locations around the city, you have to hire extra police officers to police the location shoots because they’re shooting in really crowded, busy places. … So it’s a big, big endeavor and it’s very expensive.”

“Everywhere they went there were at least 100 fans at every single stop,” says Guthrie, who points out that the longer the cast was in New York, the bigger the crowds grew thanks to excited, news-spreading tweets. “Times Square there were probably about 300 just on the east side of Broadway. … The cast was dancing up on the TKTS bleacher steps, so that was a great view for all the fans. They’re going out, second season, with a bang,” concludes Guthrie, who adds that the finale episode will have a big cliffhanger. “They wanted to do something different. It’s their first big location shoot. Obviously it’s coming back for a third season. I don’t think it’s a big risk to really kind of break the bank on a finale.”

More about the filming, after the jump!

Jenna Ushkowitz on Lea
Written by on April 8th, 2010

I was doing The King and I and she was doing Ragtime. That’s where we met. There’s a small community of Broadway kids, so there are auditions that every kid is at, and you see all the time. We met through a friend. I remember she came to my birthday party at Jekyll and Hyde one year, and we were talking on the phone through that three-way calling, which was very popular at the time.

We kind of lost touch when we went to high school. I didn’t audition as much. She was still working in Fiddler on the Roof at the time, but we always would see each other and say, “Hey.” Then she was doing Spring Awakening. I never thought I’d be in that show. I was in college at the time, but then I graduated and went to see the show again. My agent was like “Let’s get Spring Awakening. They’re looking for replacements.”

When I got that, she had already done the off-Broadway and the Broadway run, and I joined after the Tonys. She bought me in her dressing room was like, “Welcome. These are all my friends. This is everybody.” Our friendship was different because we were now adults and our paths had crossed again, so it was nice.

She moved out to LA to do the Hollywood Bowl’s Les Miserables, and I was still in New York doing Spring Awakening. Then I heard, “Lea got the girl, the lead singer, in Glee.” I texted her and I said, “Hey, I’m auditioning. I’m in call backs.” Then, I got it too. Everything was by coincidence.

Also please don’t mind if there are any gallery picture errors, I am currently trying to fix those problems. Thank you for your cooperation!
