The ‘Glee’ star, who has won Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical Series last year, gets another chance to win the title, while her hit series shares dominance with ‘The Good Wife’ with five nods each.

Anne Hathaway and James Franco weren’t the only ones getting their second nomination from Satellite Awards. When the International Press Academy announced the nominees for 2010 Satellite Awards on Wednesday, December 1, t was uncovered that “Glee” star Lea Michele is up for another title of Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical Series.

The actress famed for her portrayal of Rachel Berry has won the title in 2009, beating the likes of Toni Collette, Edie Falco and Tina Fey among others. This year, she will still have to battle it out against those three TV stars, and gets some new competition from Laura Linney of “The Big C” and Jane Adams of “Hung”.

Lea wasn’t the only “Glee” stars landing an acting nod for the annual awards. Her co-stars, Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch and Chris Colfer, were up for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical Series, Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor respectively. Together, they helped their series to land a total of five nods, including the Best Comedy or Musical Series.

Sharing “Glee” domination in the TV field was “The Good Wife”, which also grabbed five nominations this year. Hot on their heels were “Mad Men” and “Temple Grandin” with four counts each. “30 Rock”, “Breaking Bad” and “Modern Family” were among those collecting three nods, while “Dexter” and “True Blood” were up for two.

Winners of the 15th Annual Satellite Awards will be announced at a red carpet gala luncheon on Sunday, December 19, at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, California.
